    Camera positions, light levels and microphone choices are written down and checked, not left to memory. That makes a look repeatable from one recording day to the next.

How we work

How the four of us share a production

A production goes well when responsibilities are clear and each specialist can talk to the others during the day. This is how we divide the work and keep each other informed from planning to handover.

Planning together

Helen leads the first conversation with you and writes the brief that everyone then works from. Daniel, Priya and Tom each add their part of the plan, so camera, light and sound do not clash. If a venue limits what is possible, we raise it early and adjust the plan rather than hoping it works out. You receive one document, not four separate sets of notes.

On the day

Daniel runs the camera team, Priya looks after the lighting and Tom the audio, with Helen overseeing the schedule and being your point of contact. Talkback keeps everyone in touch during rehearsal and live work. Small changes, such as a guest arriving early or a speaker moving, are handled quietly without stopping the production.

After the broadcast

Once the event ends we pack down, check the venue is left as we found it and send you the agreed files and any notes. If something could be done better next time, we say so plainly and add it to the handover notes. You are welcome to get in touch with questions about the recordings afterwards.
