Production work we plan and run

  • Studio Camera Systems

We specify, rig and operate multi-camera studio setups for programmes and presentations. Camera positions, lenses, pedestals and cabling are agreed with you before anything is built on the floor.

  • Broadcast Lighting Design

Lighting plans for studio sets and event stages, built around the camera and the look of the show. Priya balances the picture on screen with safe rigging and sensible power use.

  • Audio Engineering

Microphone plans, mixing and monitoring so speech and music stay clear on air and in the room. Tom handles radio mics, desks and talkback, and records clean location audio.

  • Live Event Production

Vision mixing, graphics and signal routing for live broadcasts and media events. We run the gallery, cue the crew and keep the signal path simple enough to fix quickly if something drops.

  • Workflow and Gallery Consulting

A review of your production workflow, from gallery layout to file handover. You receive a written action list that your own team can work through in its own time.

  • Portrait and Interview Studio Setup

Compact camera and light setups for interviews, talking heads and portrait-style segments. Suited to smaller rooms, offices and temporary spaces where a full studio is not practical.

How a job runs

From first enquiry to delivered broadcast

Every job follows the same sequence so that nothing important is decided late. You tell us what you are making, we agree the technical plan in writing, and the crew then builds, runs and clears the production. Each step ends with something you can read and approve.

  1. Enquiry through the contact page

Send the programme format, venue or studio, intended date and what you need from us. Helen or a colleague replies to clarify anything missing and, where useful, arranges a call or a visit to the space.

What you leave withA shared understanding of the brief and the questions still open

  2. Planning and written quotation

The relevant specialists draft the camera, lighting and audio plan for your format and venue. We then send a written quotation listing what is included and what would change the price.

What you leave withA written quotation and technical outline for you to approve

  3. Confirmation and preparation

Once you confirm in writing, we fix crew, kit and access times with you or your venue. Running order, graphics and cue sheets are exchanged so everyone works from the same document.

What you leave withA confirmation, crew list and agreed running order

  4. Rigging, rehearsal and production

The crew rigs, tests every signal path and rehearses with your presenters or speakers. On the day we run the production to the agreed order and adjust calmly where the plan meets reality.

What you leave withThe delivered programme, broadcast or recorded session

  5. Handover and invoice

Recordings, files and any notes are handed over in the format agreed beforehand. We then send an invoice, payable by bank transfer, following the terms in the payment and refund policy.

What helps us prepare your production well

A little information early saves hours on the day. These are the points we ask about first, and none of them needs to be perfect when you get in touch.

Contact
  • Venue or studio details

Tell us where you are working, the room size, ceiling height and power available. Photographs of the space help us plan camera and light positions.

  • Who is on screen

Let us know how many presenters, guests or speakers appear and whether they move around, so microphones and cameras suit them.

  • Delivery format

Say whether you need a live feed, a recording or both, and in which file format, so signal routing and handover are set up correctly.

  • Date and timings

Give the production date, get-in time and when you need to be on air or recording, so crew and kit can be scheduled properly.

  • Existing equipment

If you already own cameras, a vision mixer or audio gear, list it. We can build around what you have rather than duplicate it.

  • Decision makers

Name the person who approves the plan and the person on site on the day, so questions get one clear answer.

The plan arrived in writing before we had even visited the venue, and the day itself followed it closely. Our guests looked comfortable and the sound was clear throughout.
